From June, 7 till June, 11th, 2010 the European conference on non-destructive testing takes place in Moscow in Expocentre and the first time in Russia And the Exhibition of Means NDT largest in the European (10th ECNDT Exhibition). Experts of our firm address to this conference with the report " The use of natural oscillation frequencies (NOF) for a nondestructive control of physicomechanical characteristics of materials and articles " (authors Kovarskaya, E., Moskovenko, I., ZVUK LLC, St. Petersburg, Russia). The report takes place on June, 9th at session of section 4.2. During with 14.00 up to 17.30 (the report ą10). With one of let out{released} devices made by our firm - a counter of frequencies of natural oscillations "Zvuk-130", intended for NDT physical-mechanical properties of small-sized samples and products from various materials on value NOF it is possible to familiarize on the Exhibition of Means NDT at the stand of Joint-Stock Company " Constant " (pavilion 2, stand F.05). The specified device (it is registered in the State registry of SI of the Russian Federation under 29453-05), in particular, allows to make the control of physical-mechanical properties, including hardness of small-sized abrasive products which control of hardness is complicated by other methods and devices or in general is impossible (small-sized abrasive disks for internal sanding in diameter of 3-50 mm). |

ZVUK Co. develops methods and means of nondestructive acoustic and electromagnetic testing. These methods and means allow to control the quality of various materials and articles by using devices of different modifications “Zvuk” and “Magnit”.
“Zvuk” and “Magnit” devices intended to define electrical, physical and mechanical features of various materials and articles (including abrasive, refractory, metal and others). The devices implement electromagnetic and acoustic control methods.
Nowadays the main direction of our company’s activity is development of techniques of nondestructive testing for measurements by different devices of various companies, majoring in building branch and also in other branches of industry. |

Control device "Zvuk-130" is based on resonant method, which allows applying the measurements of small articles and abrasive tools in dimensions from 3 to 165 mm (possible up to 250 mm).
Control device "Zvuk-203M" is based on method of free oscillations. This nondestructive acoustic test allows controlling materials and articles of different sizes (except of small articles suit to Zvuk-110I).

"Magnit-704" is based on electromagnetic method and able to measure magnetic impurities content in various materials. |
